MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Police have actually made numerous arrests in Miami Gardens after a man’s car was taken over the weekend with his dog still within.
What was expected to be a fast journey into a Walmart Supercenter developed into a problem for Daniel Prince who left his precious dog “Koda” in his car.
“I had my dog in the car. I came outside 10 minutes max and my car was gone — no dog nowhere to be seen,” Prince said.
After searching all Saturday, Prince says he went back to the location Sunday to hang leaflets for his black German shepherd and came across a huge hint.
“And I just happened to see them driving my stolen car as I was leaving, and I ended up following them,” he said.
Prince flagged down a policeman prior to he followed his taken silver Volkswagen to a community near the Hard Rock Stadium at Northwest 199th Street and 27th Avenue in Miami Gardens.
Miami-Dade law enforcement officer carried out a traffic stop and took numerous individuals into custody.
Cops surrounded the vehicle throughout their examination and browsed the car.
“No dog to be found. I’m still looking for my dog,” Prince said.
Koda, who likes to play a good video game of bring, hasn’t been seen in a minimum of 2 days.
Prince is hoping somebody out there can alter that.
“My heart sunk,” he said. “Honestly, I could care less about the car. I just really want to find my dog.”
