A brave dog walker eradicated a 6ft assaulter in a morning attack in Staithes.
The female was walking her animal when she was approached from behind by an unidentified man, on the lane that starts near to the A174 opposite Cowbar Lane and diminishes to Ridge Lane. She was pulled to the ground by the man – however eradicated the suspect and got away back up the lane towards the A174 location.
The man – who is thought to have actually gotten a little cut to his head during the incident near Dale House – is referred to as white, aged in his late 20s, with a slim build, brief bristle on his face, and short-styled brown hair. It took place in between 8.30am to 9am on Friday, March 31, on the lane which begins close to the A174 opposite Cowbar Lane and diminishes to Ridge Lane.
“A female walking her dog was approached from behind by an unidentified man who pulled her to the ground. The female fearlessly eradicated the suspect and he got away back up the lane towards the A174 Cowbar Lane location. The victim continual small injuries since of the attack.
“The suspect is referred to as white, aged in his late 20s, about 6ft high, slim build, with brief bristle on his face, brief styled brown hair.
