A benefit is being used for info after a cat was discovered Wednesday with extreme burns in the Ruffs Dale location, according to the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office.
The feline is being taken care of by Frankie’s Friends Cat Rescue in New Kensington.
Humane officers are using a benefit, though the quantity was uncertain. The cat was discovered in a driveway in a backwoods. It had burns on its body and authorities think it was purposefully hurt.
