The Group C final took place on “The Masked Singer” Wednesday night, with Lizard going home in third place after belting out “Bring Me to Life” by Evanescence. Clock and Poodle Moth advanced to the “Shower Anthems Night” Battle Royal, where Clock prevailed but judges Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora used the season’s one and solely “Ding Dong Keep it On” bell to avoid wasting Poodle Moth. While these two contestants superior to the quarterfinals, Lizard was left to unmask, revealing Grammy-nominated singer Sisqo.
“My family loves the show,” he informed host Nick Cannon throughout his unmasked interview. “Every time we saw a season everybody would always say, ‘Hey! That’s gotta be Sisqo!’ So when I got an opportunity to do it I seized it and it’s been really fun.” He added that through the smackdowns “the Lizard had to embody the spirit of the Dragon.”

Prior to his efficiency Lizard revealed in his clue package deal, “I can’t believe I fought my way out of a second smackdown. I go full EMO, I’m talking the anthem of troubled teens everywhere. Before I could even drive I was living two lives. I got straight A’s in school, but after school I was running the streets with the bad crowd. I was messing up so much I saw the inside of a jail cell more than once. That last time I took a long look in the mirror and realized that thug life just wasn’t for me. From that moment I stared in a different direction and cleaned up my act. But I never forgot those dark days and the wakeup call I desperately needed.” Visual clues included “The Masked Singer” Dragon (Busta Rhymes), a thermometer and an image of Justin Timberlake.
Sisqo was the fifth superstar unmasked this season following Kevin Hart as Book, Savannah Chrisley as Afghan Hound, Joe Bastianich as Spaghetti & Meatballs and Billy Bush as Sir Lion.
