“Essentially I was walking down the street approaching these 2 who were arguing backward and forward,” a blogTO reader who recorded the run-in said.
“Guy without the snake goes ‘look out he has a snake’ so I crossed the street. Guy without snake was on the phone with the polices informing them to come,” they continued.
“Later found out man with snake had actually been walking around with it on his neck and kinda stepping towards individuals so other man was following him up until the polices came.”
Police are seen advising the 2 guys to “get on the ground” prior to the video ends.
