A lady is set to deal with charges for heartlessly deserting her dog at a Pittsburgh Airport parking area after she was informed could not take the family pet on board without a cage.

The lady’s French bulldog was discovered ‘ignored in a stroller’ at around 5:30am near short-term parking at Pittsburgh International Airport on Friday early morning, according to the Allagheny County Police Department.

Officers had the ability to locate the owner through a microchip in the dog’s neck, however said their efforts to get in touch with the unidentified lady were not successful.

The seven-year-old canine was fortunately discovered to be in good health after the experience and was required to a regional animal shelter, where it is now expecting a brand-new, kinder home.
