U.S. Post Office advises dog owners to bind dogs to keep them from biting postal employees

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) — The U.S. Post Office is informing dog owners to limit their family pets to safeguard their mail providers.

“Remind kids and other relative not to take mail straight from providers in the existence of the family animal, as the dog might see the individual handing the mail to a relative as a danger,” Crespo said.
