The Capitals group dog, Biscuit, attended his last video game. He dropped the ritualistic very first puck on Caps Canine Night.

Capitals’ group dog Biscuit is preparing to finish from his training program. Thursday, “Caps Canines Night” was Biscuit’s last video game as group dog.

As the senior dog at the occasion, the Capitals offered Biscuit the honor of doing the ritualistic puck drop, and it’s too charming not to see.

Biscuit likewise had his own plushie produced and distributed to fans who purchased particular tickets for the video game.

The Capitals partnered with Americas VeterinarianDogs, an organization that raises and trains dogs to offer assistance to veterans seeking to gain back self-reliance. Biscuit signed up with the group on September 27th, 2021, 3 months after the Capitals’ first string dog, Captain, finished from his service program. The hockey neighborhood right away fell for the puppy and his name “Biscuit” referencing a label for a hockey puck. He was even offered the title as “Best Hockey Dog” by ESPN back in November 2021.

As for the other puppies in participation tonight, they appeared to discover their method around the arena quite well.

While this might be his last video game as main group dog, Biscuit will still be around to complete his last actions of training. After he has his main graduation, Biscuit will be coupled with a US Veteran to help on daily jobs, similar to Captain.

It’s constantly tough to bid farewell, however Biscuit is formally all set for his next journey. He’s trained his entire life for this.
