Warren resident Caitlyn Calcaterra hopes she will find the proprietor of a little bit, blue, stuffed canine that was left close to her lemonade stand throughout the Warren Birthday Bash Thursday.
Calcaterra was busy making fresh-squeezed lemonade for patrons, when she seen the little pup sitting on a cement curb subsequent to the concession stand the place she works.
“We were closing early because of the weather and I saw him over there and I know someone is probably heartbroken thinking their special toy is gone,” stated Calcaterra. “I know how I was when I was little; you think your stuffed animals have feelings and they are like friends.”
Calcaterra grabbed the little plush pup, stashed her in her automotive in a single day for protected holding, and posted on social media that she had been discovered and could be “working” on the Lindsey Concessions lemonade sales space all weekend awaiting its proprietor to return and decide her up.
“I hope someone sees the post and comes to claim her,” Calcaterra stated.
The Warren Birthday Bash is open Saturday from midday – 11 p.m. and Sunday from midday – 10 p.m. at Warren City Square on Van Dyke Avenue north of 12 Mile Road. The lemonade stand is situated close to the meals vehicles and the splash pad.
