A Devon lady has been banned from maintaining dogs for seven years for neglecting a pet in determined want of vet care. Claire Mitchell, aged 50, of First Avenue, Teignmouth pleaded responsible to an animal welfare offence following an investigation and prosecution by the RSPCA.
