A MAN has been discovered responsible of abusive behaviour after torturing and throwing his girlfriend’s canine from a window.
Donald Gollan, 35, was discovered responsible at Dumbarton Sherriff Court on Monday after a neighbour’s CCTV captured him throwing the 12-year-old chihahua from the primary flooring of his girlfriend’s Helensburgh home in March 2022.
Gollan tortured the canine – named Archie – inside his girlfriend’s home earlier than throwing his corpse out of her window.

The canine’s proprietor, Laura Park, 42, had been at her six-year-old son James’ party when she returned home to seek out Gollan intoxicated, and her home coated in excrement and blood splattered throughout the partitions.
CCTV footage confirmed Gollan throwing the canine’s corpse out of the window earlier than showing outdoors and stuffing him behind a mattress within the backyard.
