Dog walkers are reminded that two Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) will likely be enforced at Aberavon Beach from Wednesday 1st May 2024. These orders exclude dogs from sure areas of the seashore and require dogs to be stored on a lead when on the Promenade. The enforcement interval extends till September thirtieth, 2024.
Under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, a breach of those PSPOs is an offence, which will be handled by:
