TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Several condo buildings went up in flames in the course of the in a single day hours Monday in northwest Tallahassee, leaving one canine useless. That’s in response to Tallahassee Fire Department.
Just earlier than 2 a.m. Monday, TFD stated it responded to a multi-residential construction hearth within the 700 block of West Carolina Street.
Once crews arrived on scene, heavy hearth was discovered coming from a number of two-story condo buildings, in response to TFD. The hearth impacted three separate buildings, the fireplace division stated.
Firefighters started to seek for potential occupants and evacuate the buildings.
There have been no accidents to folks reported on scene, in response to the fireplace division. However, one cat was rescued and one canine died within the hearth.
The State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the fireplace.
