Authorities say an toddler was killed and the kid’s dad and mom injured in an obvious attack by a canine at a New Jersey home over the weekend
WOODBRIDGE, N.J. — An toddler was killed and the kid’s dad and mom injured in an obvious attack by a canine at a New Jersey home over the weekend, authorities mentioned.
Middlesex County prosecutors and Woodbridge police mentioned officers responded to the Woodbridge Township home shortly earlier than 6:30 a.m. Saturday over a report of an unresponsive child believed to have been attacked by the household canine.
Authorities mentioned officers discovered that the mom and little one “had sustained serious injuries from the dog.” The child was pronounced useless on the scene. The mom and father have been taken to a hospital for therapy.
The names of the victims weren’t instantly launched, and officers did not make clear the present standing of the animal. Authorities described the investigation as “active and continuing” and requested anybody with data to name Woodbridge police and county prosecutors.
