It constantly breaks our hearts when we see senior animals residing in shelters. They’re normally there the longest due to the fact that the sad reality is that many people wish to adopt younger family pets. But every now and then, somebody will gamble on the senior animal and provide the happiest days for the rest of their lives.
We enjoy seeing senior animals get embraced, in truth, we commemorate it. And obviously, so does a Memphis, Tennessee-based animal shelter. The shelter, understood on TikTok as @adoptmasheld the most gorgeous send-off for their senior dog called Star. We wish to see all shelters doing this for their animals!

Aww! Star absolutely deserved this gorgeous send-off after living in the shelter for 3 months. We feel so bad that he needed to go into the shelter after his owner’s health began to decrease, now, he’s got a brand-new home to reside in with lots of love and kisses.
“Here I am crying over a dog I’ve never met,” said @teddys_mom7. Hey, you aren’t the only one. We’re weeping tears of happiness though! @lifewithdogs7 included, “When the lady said, ‘I’m so happy for you. I love you,’ I instantly cried.” SAME!
Another TikTok user, @tinysheetz89, commented, “This is how every furry baby should be leaving with a loving home and a wonderful goodbye.” We couldn’t concur with this any longer!
