The City of Albuquerque submitted criminal charges Monday, and the Attorney General’s workplace submitted civil charges Friday.

The criminal charges come from animal well-being officers’ check out to her home in late January after a grievance from a next-door neighbor. Officers discovered thirteen dogs at Lisa Berry’s home, without sufficient shelter.
