The American Kennel Club (AKC) and the New Hampshire Dogs Owners of the Granite State (NH DOGS) have been notified by the House Environment and Agriculture Committee that the general public listening to on House Bill 1102 will take place on March 5, 2024, at 1PM.

AKC golf equipment and NH DOGS are collaborating in sturdy opposition to HB 1102, which describes brachycephaly as a “birth deformity that causes suffering” and would CRIMINALIZE the sale and breeding of brachycephalic dogs and any canine that may very well be claimed to have a delivery deformity. Details concerning the intense detrimental penalties of HB 1102 have been detailed in an AKC alert issued final month.
