BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Baton Rouge Fire Department and Baton Rouge Authorities Department reacted to a house fire on Tuesday, Dec. 13, and thankfully, everybody made it out securely.
It occurred on Callahan Street, which lies in the location near North Ardenwood Drive and Greenwell Springs Roadway, around 7:30 p.m.
A representative with BRFD stated when teams got here on the scene 2 grownups, 2 kids, and a dog had actually made it out of the house. He included firemens had the ability to put the fire out in about 10 minutes and stop the flames from spreading out beyond the kitchen area.
The reason for the fire is still being examined.
The Red Cross was informed to help the household.
