A golden retriever who fathered greater than 300 puppies has lastly retired from a information canine breeding centre in England.

9-year-old Trigger, had 323 puppies from 39 litters, together with one in 2021 which produced 16 puppies.

The UK charity Guide Dogs, says Trigger ‘the Dogfather’, was a really perfect candidate for his or her breeding programme.

Janine Dixon, Head of Breeding Operations at Guide Dogs, mentioned “Trigger’s fantastic, light nature and glorious well being have made him the right asset to our breeding program.

“We can’t overstate the influence that Trigger has in serving to us to supply so many information dogs for folks with sight loss”.

He is the daddy of information dogs working in numerous places across the UK, together with London, Glasgow, Cardiff and even out in Guernsey and the Isle of Wight.

Trigger’s ultimate litter was made up of 5 daughters named Jenny, Rita, Hermione, Sandy, and Indy, and one son, Billy.

The charity says Trigger will stay together with his Breeding Dog Volunteer, who has taken care of him for previous seven years and can now formally undertake him.
