A farmer has actually contacted “moron dog owners” to be more accountable while out in the countryside after a lamb was “savaged” in an attack on Moel Famau on Friday. Cllr Williams says he will be advancing a movement to Denbighshire Council that makes it mandatory for dogs to be kept a lead at all times on Moel Famau in order to avoid future attacks.
