DSPCA rescued two puppies deserted in a plastic bag in a Dublin park this week, with the animals left with swollen bellies and mange.
The discovery was made on Tuesday when a DSPCA inspector was alerted to the black terrier-type puppies by a lady in Clondalkin.
With no indicators of the puppies mom, they had been dropped at the canine charity’s premises had been they had been handled for any potential accidents.
The DSPCA tweeted: ‘Our inspector attended to a name about 2 puppies discovered deserted in a plastic bag in a park. They had been rushed again to the shelter.
‘They each have swollen little bellies & mange.’
Following the invention, the Dublin based mostly organisation warned the general public to by no means abandon animals and what to do when you discover one anyplace.
