A person and his canine suffered chunk accidents when one other canine attacked his pet in Brasher Drive, Kettering on Thursday, January 11.
The attack took place on a footpath resulting in a play space when the 2 homeowners and their pets had been passing one another.
A canine believed to be a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Pitbull cross attacked the opposite canine and when the proprietor tried to guard it, he too was bitten.
Northants Police mentioned: “Police officers are interesting for witnesses after a canine chunk incident in Brasher Drive, Kettering.
“Between 11.30am and noon on Thursday, January 11, a person was walking his canine alongside a footpath which leads in direction of the play space in Brasher Drive, when one other canine attacked his pet.
“After the person had lifted his canine up, the opposite canine then jumped up and bit him on the arm a number of instances inflicting a puncture wound and cuts to his proper arm. His canine sustained chunk marks to her again and stomach.
“Officers want to determine the canine concerned, which is described as a darkish colored cross between a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Pitbull. They would additionally like to talk to its proprietor, who was a white man with a pale complexion, aged in his 30s, about 5ft 10ins and of a slim build with brief darkish colored hair.
