A guy has actually appeared in court after a dog he supervised of was precariously out of control.
Faisal Farooqi, 44, appeared prior to Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court to be sentenced.
He was charged with one count of being an owner/person in charge of a dog precariously out of control where no injury was triggered.
According to court files, the occurrence taken place on June 12.
Farooqi, of Wilmer Drive, Heaton, supervised of a grey Walking cane Corso called Crypto which was precariously out of control on Parsons Roadway, Heaton.
He pleaded guilty to the charge on October 7.
Farooqi was released conditionally for 12 months.
He was bought to pay an additional charge of ₤ 22 to money victim services and expenses of ₤ 85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
