A one-year-old canine, who was discovered deserted and tied up outdoors the Richmond Animal Shelter, has discovered a brand new home.
Richmond Animal Shelter workers confirmed with the Richmond News on Wednesday afternoon that Lucy the German shepherd has been adopted and “is doing great in her new home.”
The “sweet and affectionate” canine – as described by workers on the BCSPCA-run facility – was discovered tied to a fence outdoors the No. 5 Road shelter greater than 4 months in the past.
