CANADIAN, Texas (KVII) —
While mapping and assessing the rubble left behind from the Smokehouse Creek Fire, Texas Game Warden Sarah Wennersten discovered three kittens.
She observed considered one of them was affected by singed fur and an injured paw.
A medic with Texas Task Force One checked out the little survivor and decided its accidents weren’t life threatening.
Since the realm was evacuated through the fireplace, the proprietor of the kittens couldn’t be situated.
Water and meals have been offered.
The Texas A&M Veterinary Emergency Team, which has helped lots of of animals through the wildfires, will verify on the kittens.
