A cat that retains bringing random bits of garbage and different gadgets home via his cat flap is on a mission “to maintain Britain clear”, his proprietor stated.
Tofu was taken in by Jane Sweet, from Stevenage, Hertfordshire, who discovered the stray kitten final September.
Since then, Tofu has been bringing home crisp packets, cardboard containers and even a roll of unused canine poo baggage.
“I joked with mates that he was cleansing up Britain’s streets, one piece of garbage at a time,” she stated.
Miss Sweet arrange a digicam so she might watch Tofu and his adoptive sister, Sushi, coming and going.
While calico cat Sushi, aged six, proudly brings home mice, Miss Sweet stated Tofu appeared greater than happy with the occasional worm, caterpillar or moist leaf he would drag via the cat flap.
But the teen has since upped his recreation.
