Reward provided in North Beach Cat Cruelty case – The Southern Maryland Chronicle

Friends of the Linda L. Kelley Animal Shelter (FOLLKAS) is using a $500.00 Reward for info causing the arrest and conviction of the specific or group of individuals who put the cat, now called LuLu in a connected plastic bag in a dumpster, disposed of like garbage in North Beach.

Thankfully LuLu was discovered Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
We are grateful to the resident who discovered LuLu prior to it was far too late. Our thankfulness likewise heads out to our County dispatchers, Animal Control Officer, Blair Buckler and the Calvert County Sheriff’s Department for conserving LuLu.

LuLu is roughly a one-year-old calico cat who is very sweet! She is flourishing, and has no animosities. LuLu will be trying to find a home of her own. LuLu will be updated on vaccines, made sterile and microchipped and available to the very first certified adopter today Friday February 10th.

Kelley Animal Shelter 5055 Hallowing Point Road, Prince Frederick, MD 20678 or sent by mail to Friends of the Linda L. Kelley Animal Shelter P.O. Box 143 Sunderland, Maryland 20689.
