The man accused of abusing a cat on digicam in Butler County has been arrested.
27-year-old Zhean Bai was arrested by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony abuse of a companion animal and breaking and coming into, in accordance with Lieutenant Jeff Schuster.

On Jan. 24, Bai allegedly chased a cat into the Indian Springs Apartment Complex in Hamilton.
Video shared throughout a Butler County Sheriff’s Office press briefing confirmed Bai allegedly placing the cat right into a white trash bag after which slamming the bag to the bottom.
According to a earlier News Center 7 report, Sheriff Richard Jones mentioned the cat was dumped within the bag behind the building however was discovered alive by the canine warden.
The cat was severely injured within the incident and needed to be euthanized.
