Authorities in Crow Wing County are investigating a case of animal cruelty after greater than 100 cats have been present in ‘unsafe living conditions.’ On Thursday, April 11, authorities in Crosby carried out an administrative search warrant of a residence following complaints about animal cruelty, neglect, hoarding and unsafe residing circumstances. based on a Facebook publish from the Crosby Police Department.

Once officers arrived, they situated 101 cats contained in the home. The animals have been eliminated with the assistance from the Minnesota Federated Humane Society and delivered to the Tri-County Humane Society in St. Cloud.
