Taipei, April 10 (CNA) A cat owned by a girl who died whereas making an attempt to rescue it from a building in Hualien that partially collapsed throughout a 7.2-magnitude earthquake on April 3 was noticed alive within the building on Tuesday, in line with native firefighters.

The 33-year-old lady, surnamed Kang (康), made it out of her building unhurt after the preliminary quake however turned trapped when she rushed again in minutes later to save lots of her cat because the building shifted throughout an aftershock, the Hualien County Fire Department mentioned.
