DAYTON — A cat is lifeless, and a home is broken following a home hearth in Dayton early Sunday morning.

Dayton firefighters had been dispatched at 5:16 a.m. to 1600 Woodley Road on preliminary experiences of a home hearth.
Fire crews discovered smoke and hearth coming from the home upon arrival and had been capable of shortly extinguish it and search the home, Dayton Fire Captain Brad French informed News Center 7.
A cat was discovered lifeless contained in the home and no civilians or firefighters had been harm.
The preliminary harm estimate for this hearth is $40,000, in line with Captain French.
