TAMARAC, FLA. (WSVN) – Authorities have launched an investigation after a number of cats and different animals had been discovered both lifeless or injured in Tamarac.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, over the weekend, a couple of individuals who usually feed a colony of stray cats at a parking zone behind a buying plaza at 6931 NW 88th Ave., observed that six cats and raccoons within the space had gunshot wounds and had been mendacity on the pavement.

The injured cats are being handled at Blue Pearl Center and Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center. Officials are on the lookout for methods to get the cats off the damaging road and into the sanctuary in Ocala
