Alleged Shooter Who Killed 2 at Music Festival Is Army Ranger Based at JBLM

An Army Ranger based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington state was being kept in prison Wednesday for supposedly shooting into a crowd and eliminating 2 individuals at an electronic music celebration over the weekend.
