APAA’s look at Convento’bio in Lagoa was an unlimited success. It was a fantastic, crisp however sunny, autumn morning. “We were kept busy, that is for sure!” stated Jenny and predominant ‘Pop-Up’ woman Anita who’ve already signed up for his or her pre-Christmas stall occasion. Watch out!

Whilst manoeuvring round together with her white van, Jenny managed to pop into Nada’s ‘Portimão Soup Kitchen’ jazz occasion, re-donating APAA’s share of the ‘takings’ again to hard-working Nada and her charity. “Here to Help is, after all, our motto!”  Jenny’s job is conserving the money circulation for everybody in want.

APAA’s Diary – Next Up!

Friday, October 6, 12pm-3pm: O Tasco/APAA ‘Pop-Up Special’. Goodies for home and backyard, and pets. Jams, chutneys and cookies.

Saturday and Sunday, October 14 and 15: APAA will probably be at AFPOP’s BLiP occasion at Portimão Arena.

Friday, October 27, 11am-2pm: The Jolly Bar at Alvor. Visit Fiona’s Fi-Line Fashion and hand-made jewelry, and Gill Goodes’ prints, playing cards and art work. APAA’s ‘Pop-Ups’ all the time have a pet nook. Books, electrical devices, you title it, we’ve acquired it.

Friday, November 10: Convento’bio Lagoa pre-Christmas particular for arts, crafts and small businesses. APAA stall with ordinary goodies.

Sundays (October 8, November 12 and December 10): Ferragudo Car Boot Sales, Fair and Street Market. Main one-way avenue. There’ll be collectable silver plate, bottles, books and stuff!
