The KWK9 Rescue Novelty Dog Show is back for the very first time in 4 years after the Covid pandemic put paid to staging the popular occasion.
Once once again the Assembly Rooms in Wick is the place this Saturday (June 24) where there will be a range of stalls to match the program together with a grand parade of KWK9 rescue dogs.
Registration opens at 11am with the program beginning at 12.45pm.
The 10 classes at the novelty dog program are Handsomest Dog; Prettiest Bitch; Best Puppy; Most Appealing Eyes; Best Sausage Catcher; Veteran over Seven Years; Best Sighthound; Waggiest Tail; Best Paw Shaker and lastly the Dog the Judge Would Like to Take Home.
There is constantly a requirement for more dog fosterers of which any investment required for the dog is spent for by the charity KWK9 consisting of food bed linen and any veterinarian charges.
Every dog positioned by the charity is microchipped and sterilized prior to being turned over to the brand-new owners.
