A grandmother says she is heartbroken after her pet Chihuahua was killed by a bike owner over the Easter weekend.
Shirley Harvey, 80, from Cheltenham in Gloucestershire mentioned she was distraught after witnessing the tragic demise of her canine referred to as Lady.
