The Michelson Institute for Animal Professions (MIPP) develops equivalent access to animal care professions for under-resourced people in LA dealing with monetary or gain access to barriers to work who want dealing with animals. Trainees accepted to MIPP get access to an expert accreditation in animal grooming at no charge to them, starter grooming sets to finish the course and usage afterwards, and take advantage of task positioning services upon graduation.
