  1. I wish I read your review before I bought a flipper with the metal scraper. It totally scratched my glass aquarium. Also the felt surface holds sand which is magnetic. The mag float seems to be the best.

  2. I've been doing saltwater for 30 years and of course came across many difficult type of algaes. I have a reef tank I maintain that has the real hard algae so your video with that putty scraper/spreader tool you got at Lowe's or Home Depot might be a good tool since it has a handle unlike the credit cards, sometimes those can create a lot of fatigue on the hands. Good subject video.

  3. Tunze scraper it's almost impossible to scratch glass probably good for acrylic just leave the metal blade off. the blade holder is spaced so it doesn't scrape the silicone. They make different sizes for thick glass nano tanks and normal thicknesses. Awesome scraper just DO NOT LEAVE THEM CONNECTED IN THE TAKNK since the scraper section that stays in the tank is suspended off the glass it will pull the magnet through the plastic and rust in the tank, had to restart my tank basically due to this but now I take it out leave it separated and it's all good. love it and will continue to use it best scraper imo
