Me shakahari hu (vegetarian) can do 40 push ups in a row, deadlift 200 kg, bench press 90 kg…. And no one in my gym or anywhere else was ever able to beat me at arm wrestling… Be it vegetarian or non vegetarian 🚩

💧Guess what? You are wrong. We dont even get d pure 15 crore litres milk. Beacuse people producing milk from cattle consume most of milk at home or make ghee and store them. ⭐Moral: If you can take care of a Desi cow even after milk period until her death, you can keep Desi cow yourself, Only if you can give half of the cows milk to her calf.
Otherwise just drink coconut/almond/peanut milk which is as healthy as Desi cows milk.
🟥In market 99% chance that you get Adulterated/Dalda/chemical/Jersey/unhealthy milk.

1.Jab bhi ham ghar se bahar nikle kisi bhi kam se to 1 ya 2 roti le kar nikle , koi bhi janwar dikhe to usse khila de..
2.Raat ki bachi hui roti bhi le sakte jo hamlog phek hi dete hai akshar.
3.Agar ye 10 log bhi follow karte hai to kuch janwaro ko kuch to rahet milegi.
4.please tell this in your upcoming video so that it will spread into masses.
