Carnaissal tooth abscess 1 hour post-extraction 4/5

After extraction, there was no swelling under the best eye. But one hour later on, you can see the swelling as in this video. It is because of bleeding from the maxillary sinus under the skin listed below the best eye. I recommended the owner to massage it daily. 5 days later on, I telephoned him and there was no swelling.
