SINGAPORE – Veterinary conditions of the eyelid in an old dog.
A tense lacrimal sac swelling is aspirated with a 2-ml syringe. A couple of ml of light brown cloudy fluid is sent out to the veterinary lab for assessment. No malignant cells were reported by the laboratory. There was no reoccurrence of the swelling after this drain.
