A made sterile poodle has flank loss of hair

Sunday 22 April 2018. Poodle came in for yearly vaccination. The flank on both sides have no hair. Bilateral balanced alopecia might be because of injury, hormone imbalance, ear infection, anal sacculitis and other factors. Owner did not desire hormone treatment.
Often, 2 of a kind casss pertained to Toa Payoh Vets. A.
weird coincidence of double cases. I had another poodle with flank alopecia. The owner stated it was the other male humping him daily, causing flank loss of hair. The other poodle had typical hairs on the flank. These 2 male poodles are not neutered.
