A 10-year-old female spayed Westie is scratchy and has body smell. Part 1/2

Itchy, scratching and bad body smell for the previous 2 years.
Red ringworm-like sores are seen above the neck in between the shoulders and stinky damp red ears. This dog was described Toa Payoh Vets for an option for the damp stinky ears.

This dog was clipped bald by the owner and offered medical spa routinely.
by the groomer. Her hairs grows well to cover the contaminated skin.

This is more a case of ringworm infection of the skin however food allergic reaction and bacterial and yeast infections are possible. The owner did not desire a blood test for irritants.
