Please, please remind people to leave a two finger space between skin and collar of their pets. I just received a new rescue from a friend of mine and her collar was on so tight she could not bark and hair had not grown on her neck. I really had to work hard to cut the collar off and now 3 month's later some beautiful white hair has started to grow and the other hair has begun to curl she is so pretty.
