The proof is in the happy pets & their parents. Most people including myself love what you do. Haters will be haters. They have no clue – they are just looking for a place to spew idiocracy.
I took my cat to a groomer once and my cat did bite her. She said it was no big deal. I said what?! Oh my goodness, you need to see a doctor! I told her I would pay for everything but she said it's okay. I gave her a tip, I think I only had an extra sixty dollars on me and I gave it all to her. I told her to call me if she changes her mind about seeing the doctor, that I would fully compensate her. I apologized up and down. I felt so bad! She never contacted me accept months later to see if I wanted to bring my cat again! I cannot make this up Dede! That was the one and only time I brought my cat to a groomer.

I only wanted you to know I'm 65 years old and don't have any pets and don't plan on grooming anyone else's.

We love your channel! I have NO idea how we found you, but my children LOVE watching you turn those animals into beautiful, majestic creatures. They have started pretending that they are grooming their stuffed animals (even shushing them while they do it!), and have taken to brushing our 2 short hair cats, so they don't "matt". Thank you for what you do and encouraging other people to follow in your footsteps!
