So I gave my cat tuna after watching this. I figured beforehand it's best not to give him too much. But I'm glad I saw this video.
So in other words it's like eating McDonald's and Dunkin donuts all in one sitting. You can get away with it occasionally. But it's best not to make it a habit.

I like how I don't have a cat and wanted to know this. They say too much tuna for humans isn't good either because of the same reason, mercury levels. I eat tuna all the time because it's just too delicious for me. I take vitamins though so I'd think it's fine for my vitamin E. I don't feel any different.
