Second in-patient duration at Toa Payoh Vets.
Male, not neutered cat, 1.5 years of ages.
Owner desires him to remain another 2 days. He went house after 2 days in-patient throughout the very first see.

After prescription antibiotics of Baytril, SC fluids of 200 ml for the next 2 days, the kidneys lowered in size (by palpation). The cat was not happy when the kidneys were palpated as there was still nephritis.

The owner was contactable by SMS. The cat is back to regular, consuming just the Royal Canin Kidney food. Regular temperature level. It is good result. This cat is a favourite of the dad as this cat meows as if talking with an individual whenever he is spoken with. Unlike the other 3 neutered felines in the home.
He is much liked by the dad. Numerous young Singaporeans do not welcome or state good early morning to the moms and dads or exceptional officers. Be communicative and you will be most valued by the hand that feeds you.

kidney failure, cat, recuperates.
Hello my cat has flutd in juni and i leave him In vet for the treatment and not getting better the pee is full bloody in the end I choose to perineal surgery on him not until there after he can go home and get one week at home he didn't want to eat refused it and also drink. So I go the vet again the ultrasound said there is rubery mass in his bladder so I get custotomy surgery again. After gets 2 week at home after cystotomy he's got fever the reason is I don't know may be because I do flushing the urine at the vet cause bleeding and infection again also the kidney get swollen until 5 cm. After get treatment one week on the vet. He' was getting better but the question is why my cat kidney still swollen and not getting well? The vet give fees medicine to take and I think it didn't work. and now my cat has been 4 weeks with his swollen kidney 5 cm. What do you think? Is there still chance to get the kidney normal again ?
My kitten is 3 month old. Her creatinine level is blank.. 😭 plz somebody help and pray for my kitty
Acute kidney can be cured? What are the methods? My cat is 4 years old and now is hospitalized due to stone thats causing obstruction to the bladder. Thank God the stone is nowhere to be found after he's being put under IV fluid. He didnt want to pee though so they had to put a catherer to induce the urine. His creatinine level is at 13.6 now. I am hoping it is acute due to the stone and not chronic kidney failure becos he is too young. Please pray for my baby.
dry food is the worst thing for the kidneys
my cat died because of kidney failure I couldn't get him to the vet because I don't have enough money he died yesterday.
I wasn't aware cats can recover from kidney failure, are the kidneys repaired now, I gave my cat tuna in brine to eat but vet said I should stop this immediately as it's too salty, I wasn't aware of this.
