A guy has actually been airlifted to health center from K’gari (Fraser Island) after he was bitten by a snake around 7am on Saturday.
It’s thought the male, aged in his 20s, had actually been flying a drone and had actually strolled towards the drone to select it up, when the snake bit him on the leg.

The Bundaberg-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter team carried the male to health center.
The rescue helicopter flew to the eastern side of the island quickly after 7am on Saturday, landing near the beach.
The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue Critical Care Doctor and the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) Flight Paramedic dealt with the male on scene prior to he was airlifted to the Hervey Bay Hospital for more medical attention.
It’s thought the male had no envenomation signs.
The types of snake is unidentified.
