Tumakuru: A surprising incident of alleged medical negligence ensuing within the loss of life of a lady snake chunk sufferer was reported from Karnataka’s Tumakuru district on Wednesday.
The deceased girl was recognized as Parvathamma, 45, a resident of Mutyalammanahalli in Madhugiri taluk. Bitten by a snake whereas working at a farm, she was instantly taken to Kodigehalli authorities hospital.
The obligation physician, after inspecting the sufferer, had allegedly administered glucose to her and despatched her again home. After this, Parvathamma stabilised and spoke to her relations. All relations had dinner collectively and went to sleep.
Around midnight, Parvathamma turned critical and the household took her to Tumakuru district hospital the place she succumbed. Kodigehalli police are trying into the case.
