It produces troubling seeing: In a 22-second video shared just recently on Instagram, a white-tailed deer locks eyes with the electronic camera as it nonchalantly slurps up a dead snake like it’s a hair of spaghetti. The rather unnerving scene, recorded by Texas-based Trey Reinhardt, provoked alarm throughout social networks about the deer’s diet plan.
